 Monday-Friday
5:30am-8:00pm
 Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm

Pool Hours
 Monday-Friday
6:00am-2:00pm and 4:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday 11:00am-5:00pm
 Sunday 12:00pm-4:00pm

Special Events

Hundreds of programs and recreational opportunities are offered at the Shelbyville Parks and Recreation Department! Our mission is to enhance a quality of life by being a principal provider of programs and services for a healthy community. We strive to offer a full range of sports and fitness (land and water) programs, swimming, specialty camps, teen and senior activities, and entertaining special events for all age groups.

In daily efforts, the employees of our department strives diligently to promote a professional image and attitude in managing their job responsibilities in promoting recreation and parks services to the citizens of this community. 

In 2007, the Shelbyville Parks and Recreation Department received their Benchmark Tier II status from the TN Department of Environment & Conservation Recreational Services.  Certification Validation 2007-2011.
