Hundreds of programs and recreational opportunities are offered at the Shelbyville Parks and Recreation Center. Offerings include a full range of sports and fitness programs, plus dance, art, swimming, camps, teen activities, entertaining special events, and meeting/party space for groups.  The center of the complex is a 52,000-square-foot Recreation Center featuring an indoor pool, gymnasiums, fitness room, indoor running track, locker rooms, and Aerobics
Room.

Building Hours
Monday - Friday                              5:30am-8:00pm
Saturdays                                        8:00am-6:00pm
  Sundays                                          12:00pm-5:00pm

 Hours are subject to change. 
 The Recreation Center is closed in observation of the following holidays: 
New Years Day, Easter, Labor Day,  Thanksgiving & Christmas

Game Room, Fitness Room, Walking Track & Gymnasium Hours
Monday-Friday                                 5:30am-8:00pm
Saturdays                                          8:00am-6:00pm
 Sundays                                           12:00pm-5:00pm

Recreation Center programs have priority over all other functions and therefore hours are subject
 to change with or without advanced warning.
