Council and Planning Commission Workshop
As part of that process of finalizing the Comprehensive Plan and the Future Land Use Map, the Planning Department in conjunction with Vokert (the consulting firm) is organizing a workshop with Council and the Planning Commission. The intent of the workshop is to explain the main highlights of this project which will also include the creation of a new residential zoning district, the Medium-High Density Residential District – R4B, to fill the existing gap between the Medium Density Residential zoning district (R-3) and the High-Density Residential zoning district (R-4).
